CorpGPT is an AI workspace for learning and research: you bring your own files, and it teaches you, researches for you, and turns them into finished work — with chat answers drawn from your files, citing the documents they came from. Add PDFs, Office files, audio, images, web pages or YouTube links (their title and description, plus a transcript if you paste one), then chat with them, take a course built from them (My Courses), run background research (My Research), or make any of 35 formats — study guides, flash cards, quizzes, mind maps, slide decks, a Deep Dive podcast, contract analysis and more. CorpGPT never uses your files to train AI models.

Not at all. If you can type a text message, you can use CorpGPT. Upload a file, pick what you want, and the AI handles the rest. No technical skills needed.

Create a free account (no credit card required) and add a document. Then ask Chat a question, make any of the 35 formats from the Make pane, start a course, or run a research report — all from the same workspace.

PDFs, Word documents (.docx, .doc), Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV, PowerPoint slides (.pptx, .ppt), plain text, images (PNG, JPG or BMP, read with OCR), and audio files (MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG, WEBM — transcribed with speaker labels). You can also paste text or an image, record audio in the app, add a web page (or up to 25 pages from a site’s sitemap), paste a YouTube link (CorpGPT saves the video’s title and description, plus any transcript you paste in), follow an RSS feed, or forward documents to your own email-in address. You can’t upload video files — for what is said in a video, paste its transcript with the YouTube link or upload the audio. Up to 10 files go in per upload.

Thirty-five formats, grouped here in seven groups (the app shows them on one grid, some under a different name). Most finish in a minute or two; bigger ones, like slide decks, can take several minutes.

Ask a question in plain English and CorpGPT answers from your documents, with a numbered list of the sources it used under the answer — open one to see the document it came from. Tick documents or a collection (or pin a document) to narrow what it reads; with nothing ticked, it reads everything you’ve added. You can also dictate with Voice, or use Talk for a hands-free spoken conversation (Voice and Talk understand English).

Yes. Describe what you’re looking for in plain English — “the memo that compared the two vendors’ pricing” — and Chat searches all your documents for the passages that best match and cites the document it’s in. No file names or exact keywords needed.

Yes. Ask Chat for a summary, or make a Summary, Executive Briefing (the Executive brief tile), Study Guide or Book Report (the Creative Writing tile) on the Make grid — whichever shape fits the job.

Yes. Upload meeting recordings, voice memos, or lectures (or record in the app with your device's microphone) and CorpGPT transcribes them into searchable text — the language is detected automatically and up to 10 speakers are labelled — so you can search what was said without listening to hours of audio. Audio files can be up to 50 MB on every plan; recordings can be up to 50 MB (roughly 50 minutes); for longer ones, upload the audio file. Paid plans include transcription hours that reset each billing cycle; the Trial’s hours are one-time. See current plans and prices.

You get your own email-in address for your library. Turn on Enable email ingestion once, and anything you send from your own login address goes straight in once you've opened My Documents or the Inbox (while it is off, mail sent to it bounces). While any plan limit is reached — credits, storage, transcription hours or the number of audio files you keep — email-in refuses the whole email. Mail from anyone else waits under Waiting for review in My Documents until you press Add or Discard. You can trust exact addresses or a whole company domain (not public ones like Gmail). Attachments can total up to 25 MB per email, and each file must fit your plan’s file-size limit. The email is saved as a PDF with any attached pictures inside it; each attached document or audio file becomes its own document, and file types CorpGPT can’t read are skipped.

Not yet — Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and S3 connectors are coming soon. Today you can upload files from your device, add web pages (or up to 25 pages from a site’s sitemap), RSS feeds and YouTube links, record audio, paste text or images, or forward documents to your own email-in address. Everything lands in the same library.

You can add up to 10 files per upload. The documents in one upload can together be as large as your plan’s upload limit, which depends on your plan — the upload sheet tells you if a selection is over it. On every plan, audio files can be up to 50 MB each and images up to 5 MB. Your plan’s total storage is shown in My Documents.

Yes. CorpGPT works in the browser on your phone as well as your computer — same workspace, same documents, same answers. On the go, you can also forward documents to your email-in address.

Yes. Each chat has its own language: leave it on Automatic and it replies in the language you write in, or pick one of the 24 listed languages (or type another) and every answer in that chat comes back in it. Answers drawn from your files still name their sources. Summary, Quiz, Flash Cards, Study Guide, FAQ, Slide Deck, Mind Map, Infographic, Illustrated Poster and Deep Dive made from that chat are written in that language too; other made items and research reports are not. A course has its own language setting. Voice and Talk understand English only.

General-purpose chatbots answer from their training data and the open internet. CorpGPT answers from the files you add, and its answers name the source document, and the page, slide or section when CorpGPT can place it, so you can check them. Web research is opt-in, inside My Research. CorpGPT never uses your files to train AI models.

Things you make in the Make pane list the documents they were built from.

Yes. With nothing ticked, a single question reads your entire library — compare contracts, cross-reference reports, or pull from several textbooks at once. An answer drawn from your files names the documents it came from. Tick a collection to keep it to one subject.

Pick up to 15 of your documents and CorpGPT builds a course of usually 3 to 12 modules, more if needed to cover every document, usually following your document order. Every module has the same eight steps — Summary, Mind Map, Deep Dive, Study Guide, Glossary, Flash Cards, FAQ, Quiz — made from your own documents when you press a step’s button or Generate all. Reading and listening steps count toward the step’s Completed mark and the course’s percentage once you open them; quizzes and flash cards show a score. A progress view (topics tracked, mastered, needs work, due now — across every quiz and flash-card deck you’ve done) uses spaced repetition: a missed item is due straight away, and right answers come back after longer and longer gaps. There are no reminders — open My Courses to see what’s due.

Ask a real research question, pick the answer shape (Understand, Decide, Compare, Verify or Create), the depth (Quick: up to 8 minutes and 25 sources; Focused: up to 20 minutes and 50 sources; Thorough: up to 45 minutes and 100 sources) and what it may read — your whole library (Entire Knowledge Base, the default) or, with that switched off, specific documents — plus the live web only if you switch it on for that run. It runs in the background and delivers a cited report. Once you open a finished report, it is filed into your library automatically — into the collection My Research keeps in My Documents — and trained, so later chats can use it (delete it from My Documents if you don’t want to keep it). Credits are set aside when a run starts and given back if it fails, times out or is cancelled.

Yes. In My Schedule you set up tasks — make content, build a course, run a research report, or send a reminder email — from the documents you choose, once, daily, weekly or monthly. Content lands in Things I’ve made, courses in My Courses and research in My Research; a reminder is an email. Each run rings the bell, and results can be emailed to up to 10 people: you, and people in your organization.

Nothing you add is sold, CorpGPT never uses your files to train AI models, and your files are stored encrypted, and files you upload from the app or site travel encrypted. Sign-in is passwordless (a one-time code sent to your email). Chat answers from the files you add — web research happens only when you switch it on in My Research. You can untrain or delete any document at any time, and download any document you uploaded from My Documents.

No. CorpGPT never uses your documents to train AI models; they are used only to answer your questions and make what you ask for. To do that, the relevant content is processed by the providers listed in our Privacy Policy — mainly AWS (including Bedrock, running Anthropic’s models), OpenAI and Google. The Privacy Policy lists each provider and what it handles, and says how long OpenAI holds My Research requests.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you’re not charged again. Before you go, download any document you want to keep from My Documents and delete anything you don’t want kept. To have everything deleted, email support@corpgptai.com; our Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.
