About CorpGPT

An AI workspace for learning and research

You bring your own files. CorpGPT teaches you, researches for you and turns them into finished work — and CorpGPT never sells your files or uses them to train AI models.

In one sentence

What is CorpGPT?

CorpGPT is an AI workspace for learning and research: you bring your own files, and it teaches you, researches for you, and turns them into finished work — with chat answers drawn from your files, citing the documents they came from.

What you can do in it

Chat with your files

Ask across your documents: answers drawn from them name the source document, and the page, slide or section when CorpGPT can place it. Pin documents or collections to narrow the scope. Answers in 24 languages, plus voice dictation and a live Talk mode in English.

Learn — My Courses

Turn up to 15 of your files into a course of usually 3 to 12 modules, more if needed to cover every document. Each module has eight steps — Summary, Mind Map, Deep Dive, Study Guide, Glossary, Flash Cards, FAQ, Quiz — and spaced repetition tracks what you have mastered.

Research — My Research

Background research reports from your documents and your knowledge base — and from the public web only if you opt in. Finished reports are filed into your library automatically.

Make — Things I've made

35 formats from your sources, from summaries and study guides to slide decks with speaker notes, dashboards and a Deep Dive podcast you can interrupt by voice.

Schedule — My Schedule

Runs that make content, build courses, run research or send reminders — once, daily, weekly or monthly — emailed to you or to people on your trusted-sender list (up to 10).

Who it's for

Students and lifelong learners

Learn from your own textbooks, notes, papers and recordings — not from generic material.

Educators

Turn your own content into study guides, flash cards, quizzes and courses.

Professionals who work from their own documents

Get answers you can check against the source, drawn from the files you upload — never sold and never used by CorpGPT to train AI models.

Plans are for individuals; team plans are coming soon. CorpGPT runs in the browser on desktop and phone.

Why we build it

The most useful AI for learning and serious work starts from your own material. It answers from your files and names the documents it drew on so you can check it, helps you learn what is in them, and never sells or trains on what you bring. That is the product we set out to build.

How CorpGPT handles your files

  • CorpGPT never uses your files to train AI models.
  • Your content is never sold.
  • Chat answers come from your files; web research happens only when you opt in.
  • Your files are stored encrypted, and files you upload from the app or site travel encrypted.
  • Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time code sent to your email.

The Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, how long we keep it, and which AI providers process content on our behalf.

Who builds CorpGPT

CorpGPT is built and operated by Vizio Consulting Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada.
