CorpGPT is an AI workspace for learning and research: you bring your own files, and it teaches you, researches for you, and turns them into finished work — with chat answers drawn from your files, citing the documents they came from.
How it works
Bring
Upload files, paste text, record audio, or add a web page or feed. Email-in: your own mail goes straight in once you've opened My Documents or the Inbox; other mail waits for review. Each document goes Uploaded, Reading, Chat-ready, Trained — ask from Chat-ready.
Ask
In My Workspace, tick documents or a collection to choose what the chat reads, or type @ to pin one. Answers come from your files, with a numbered list of the sources they used. Answers in 24 languages; Voice and Talk in English.
Make
35 formats from the same sources, kept in Things I've made. Each one lists the documents it came from. Everything downloads as a PDF; slide decks as PowerPoint too; and Word, CSV, PNG or MP3 for the formats that have them.
Learn
My Courses plans a course of usually 3 to 12 modules, more if needed to cover every document. Eight steps a module: Summary, Mind Map, Deep Dive, Study Guide, Glossary, Flash Cards, FAQ and Quiz. Missed items come back straight away.
Research
Choose an outcome — Understand, Decide, Compare, Verify or Create — and a depth. It reads your documents or whole library; the live web only if switched on. Reports are written to close with Methodology, Limitations, Open questions and Follow-ups, then filed in your library automatically.
Schedule
In My Schedule, make content, build a course, run research or send a reminder — Once, Daily, Weekly or Monthly, in your time zone. Results land in Things I've made, My Courses or My Research, ring the bell, and can be emailed within your organization.
Keep
Everything is kept in your CorpGPT library: mark favourites, archive what you have finished with, or export what you made as a PDF. CorpGPT never uses your files to train AI models, and nothing you add is sold.

Only when you ask it to. Chat answers come from your own files and cite the documents they came from. Research can include the public web, but only when you switch web sources on for that run.
Office files, PDFs, text and CSV files, images (PNG, JPG or BMP; their text is read for you), audio (transcribed with speaker labels), pasted text or images, recordings made in the app, a web page (or up to 25 pages from a site’s sitemap), YouTube links (their title and description, plus a transcript if you paste one), RSS feeds, and email — once you turn email-in on, mail from your own address goes straight in once you've opened My Documents or the Inbox, and mail from other senders waits for your review. You can add up to 10 files in one batch; together, the documents in a batch can be as large as your plan's upload limit, and audio files and recordings can be up to 50 MB each.
The Trial is a one-time allowance of storage and of chat and Make credits — 100 MB of storage and 100 credits — with no credit card required: enough to add your own files, ask questions, and try courses, research and the formats you can make.
